We do not directly provide contractor services, construction services, or material fulfillment. Any agreements for such services are solely between you and the third-party provider.

DeckDeal.com does not guarantee the quality of work performed by contractors. We make reasonable efforts to verify contractor credentials but cannot be held liable for any issues arising from contractor services.

Material suppliers and manufacturers who partner with us agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Honor advertised deals and promotions
• Ship products in a timely manner as described
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws
• Maintain product quality and customer service standards

All transactions for materials are between you and the vendor. DeckDeal.com is not responsible for vendor fulfillment, product quality, or disputes arising from purchases.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant DeckDeal.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
